To Turin, São Paulo of Brazil,
Madaba, in Jordan,
Beijing, Rome and New York:
wherever the Lord wishes to send us,
we will go,
because Jesus
chose to send us there
to love Him, with a firm belief
that He is within us and evangelises through us;
with the desire to become
men and women of action and of prayer,
constantly living in His presence.
We wish to be a clear proof of His goodness,
to spread the gift of hope
and the spirituality of presence
that the Lord donated to our community.
We wish to become like brothers and sisters
for the people we meet,
but without losing our identity
and remaining faithful
to the universal mission of the Church,
guided by the Holy Father.
We wish to help
our friends, even with the little we have,
and being helped in return,
always living with honesty.
We wish to realise, with joy and order,
the will of our Lord,
through obedience
to the supervisors of our community
and the local bishop.
We wish that, each Arsenal, even in its own diversity,
has the same shape of the Arsenal of Turin,
where we share our time
with the young and the poor.
We wish to continue to live
in harmony with out time, our rhythms,
and our bodies,
in the presence of God,
with the certainty that also Mary, His Mother,
will always protect us in our mission.
«Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.» (Matthew 28, 19-20)
