The theatrical seasons start again in autumn and, again this year, they offer a wide range of highly interesting titles.

The Teatro Stabile di Torino inaugurates the new program with a great classic of late 19th century dramaturgy revisited in a modern key by Filippo Dini, one of the most appreciated Italian directors of his generation. Dini measures himself against Ibsen's iconic masterpiece, Doll's House, by signing an unprecedented reinterpretation of the gender clash at Helmer. The show will debut at the Carignano Theater from 4th to 31st October.

The Piccolo Teatro di Milano proposes, from 14 October to 16 October, Everywoman directed by Milo Rau, acclaimed Swiss director; a show destined to raise profound questions in the viewer: what remains, what really has value, at the end of our lives?

At the Mercadante Theater in Naples, Piazza degli Eroi is back on stage from 20 to 30 October, the last text written by Thomas Bernhard, directed by Roberto Andò. The emergence of sovereignties and populisms, anti-Semitic regurgitations, political obtuseness are the background to an act of denunciation interpreted by an impeccable Renato Carpentieri.
