Does telepathy exist? Maybe yes, maybe no, but it's not the topic of my column.
Even though with technology many are trying to interpret human thought.
An Indian scientist from MIT has developed a system that allows you to communicate with machines and people only with thought.
It is called AlterEgo and it is a wearable neural interface, which allows you to converse in natural language without any voice, without opening your mouth and without movements observable from the outside, simply articulating words internally.

The system captures peripheral neural signals from the part of the brain that is voluntarily activated during the internal expression of words.
The answers given to the user are provided via audio through facial bone conduction, not through hearing, so it seems like you are talking to yourself.
The main objective of the project is to support the communication of people with language disorders but who knows, it may become common use.
In this case we will also have to pay attention to what we think...
