The fifteenth edition of the "Campania Teatro Festival" will animate Naples and most of the Campania Region, until July 12, with a review that will simultaneously join together international and national shows, from prose to dance, from music to literature, cinema and much other. This summer the international theater also returns to the "Pompeii Theatrum Mundi" which, from June 17 to July 16, in the splendid setting of the Teatro Grande in Pompeii, will offer eight evenings ranging from the dance of José Montalvò, to the theater of Elena Bucci and Chiara Muti , from the classical tragedy of Jacopo Gassmann to the art of William Kentridge.

Jacopo Gassmann will also be involved with Robert Carsen and Davide Livermore in the season of the Greek Theater of Syracuse which, until 9 July, will propose three texts that tell the unjust and incomprehensible world in the aftermath of the Trojan War and photograph our contemporary world.

In Turin, the historic hall of the Carignano Theater, in whose foyer the grass of an English lawn will sprout, will host, from June 16 to July 3, Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream directed by Valerio Binasco; while at the Gobetti Theater, from 21 June to 17 July, the “Summer Plays” shows will be staged.
