You realize with amazement that you have become able to move from side to side and stand upright, you want something and you go get it yourself without having to be moved by stronger arms than yours

Little vampire without a shred of tooth who feeds on milk, gulping it down without judgment until your tummy bursts; you suck up every drop of energy and steal every second of time, returning infinite tiredness and unimaginable happiness in return. You look out at life looking around full of curiosity and amazement, everything is a beautiful mystery of unknown essence, you don't know what it's called and what it is for, you touch its texture and savor its taste, you clumsily bump into it, causing the fall or the break, you end up bursting into inconsolable tears for your tumble or for the sudden disappearance of a much coveted prey.

You are the pride of men of another era who preceded you, hunters and gatherers you honor with your relentless pursuit of anything to catch and hold tight with your tiny hand. You trade night for day and day for night, unable to control your excitement for the unconscious process of evolution you are experiencing, a metamorphosis that makes you pap after pap and bed after bed, a new creature ready for new discoveries. You realize with amazement that you have become able to move from side to side and stand upright, you want something and you fetch it yourself without having to be moved wearily from here to there by stronger arms than yours .

You go from four to two-legged in zero seconds, you're now ready from there to launch out to discover the world and its friendly soft-faced inhabitants and there isn't a second to lose. When you're tired you only find peace by being in your arms, in your arms and still in your arms, without daring to sleep a wink, who knows where all those beautiful things end up if you accidentally fall asleep. You are the smallest thing but you command above everything and everyone, you can decide at any moment to suddenly burst into tears or laugh and consequently it will be a giant concern or maximum relief for those close to you. Give yourself a few hours of peace when, exhausted, you enjoy a little well-deserved rest to recover your strength to start conquering the universe again.

You are the number one public danger, your adventures are made up of things to break without any fear of breaking, you always end up overturning and falling upside down and you just wait for a smile to confirm that everything is still fine. You learn by trial and error and you stay there, moving fearlessly on the edge of the precipice, without any fear of falling and with a great desire to fly. You already know when it's special time for a cuddle and you squirm impatiently and can't contain the joy of waiting to be picked up or latched onto your favorite boob. Just one contact. For you and for us. And infinite tiredness becomes unimaginable happiness.
