I guess you all know what Pi is. When we use it to calculate the circumference or circle we use the value 3.14. Actually the number has an infinite amount of decimals.

Since there have been computers, many researchers have ventured into the calculation of Pi: there is also a world record for the calculation of decimal places that was just broken by a Japanese researcher who managed to calculate 100 trillion decimal places. For the first time, instead of using normal workstations, the researcher used the potential of Google Cloud, which is a series of servers that rent computing power.
This way you can have a lot of power for a limited time, without having to buy expensive machines.
Thanks to this, in just 157 days and calculating 82,000 terabytes of data, the previous record of 2019 of 31 trillion decimal digits, again by the same researcher, was beaten.
However, I advise you not to use the new result to calculate the circumference.
