The high temperatures of this scorching summer lead us to reflect on the major issues of global warming, climate change, the melting of glaciers and the ozone hole recently discovered in the tropics. In terms of looks, in our daily life we can help ourselves with some evergreen advice.

First of all, let's start with the fabrics: prefer natural fibers such as cotton, linen, jute canvas; avoid acrylic fabrics such as polyester, nylon and neoprene which, in addition to polluting more, increase perspiration, creating bad smells. In summer, little dresses can solve the question of “top+bottom” combinations; the choice of those with a vintage flavor is excellent, recovered from the grandmothers' wardrobe or in second-hand shops. When the temperatures get hot it is also advisable to choose suitable shoes, preferring open shoes with constrictive models to let the foot breathe, preferring simplicity and natural materials.

Among the accessories that can help us fight the heat, green light to hats and headbands but also to the fan, a trendy detail if chosen in nuance with the look. For bijoux, it is better to opt for pendant and light earrings, long and non-choker necklaces and fabric and semi-precious stone bracelets, avoiding metal ones, which tend to heat up very quickly. Outside, let's protect ourselves with sunglasses, a useful and fashionable accessory. One last suggestion: in this summer 2022 let's avoid artificiality and embrace a concept of naturalness in all its nuances.
