You all know about cryptocurrencies, bitcoins and all the others like it. They are based on a system, the blockchain, which certifies at all times all the steps that a virtual currency has made up to that moment. Recently, through this principle, NFTs were born. The term NFT stands for Non-Fungible Token, which in Italian means "non-reproducible digital token".

An NFT can be any digital object: a video, a photo, a text, an article, an audio. Digital objects as you know are reproducible millions of times. An NFT, on the other hand, is an object that cannot be reproduced, you know who the owner is and, thanks to the blockchain, you know all the changes of ownership it has made up to that moment. So a photo can become a unique piece, a work of art certified with NFT.

Thus was born Crypto Art, with digital works and objects sold at auction for hundreds of thousands or millions of euros. If you are a digital artist, now is your time to create!
