Evening traffic

Lately there's been a lot of talk about pollution and electric cars.
These are hot topics which, however, seem to exclude some Asian populations a priori, as documented by the photo.
An example above all: more than 50% of the 90 million Vietnamese have a scooter.
In a country where traffic laws don't seem to exist, moving through traffic is like going into the jungle.
