Do you have to change PC?

If you don't have any particular needs but you just have to do a home use, instead of looking for a normal computer you could take a look at a Chromebook, generally inexpensive notebooks that run Google's ChromeOS operating system , a lighter and rapidly evolving operating system. When ChromeOS first came out in 2011, it was extremely simplified and an internet connection was required to use applications such as "Documents". ChromeOS has evolved since then, and it is now possible to install real applications, including Android ones, some of which can also be used without an internet connection.

They don't need powerful components to run while keeping costs down. Thanks to these features, Chromebooks also have an extraordinarily long battery life.
Stop, do not run to the nearest shopping center, first evaluate how you use the PC. Later it might be late.
