Come and follow me

Come and follow me, it is a phrase full of meanings, which we have heard repeated many times.

We immediately think of following an Other in a more or less mysterious, personal and often hidden call.
Living alongside and within a community that feels the vocation to be a "village that makes the little ones grow" it meets or is entrusted to it gives a new opportunity. It is to hear adults turn to children with a "come and follow me" that has the sense of offering opportunities, challenges, responsibilities.

Come and follow me: in the small services you discover the invisible care for the other. It also teaches us adults that being witness must always be accompanied by launching a challenge. Small, simple, "right" to pave the way for those who grow up. The road opens up by walking.
