Agile family

Time to work nimble. For a while it was called smart. But if a job is smart, there is also a stupid job, and not well. Instead agile gives the idea: where you want, when you want, with whoever you want ... no, actually with who you want no: after two years of agile work you miss colleagues, even those with each meeting ended "aloud". Then a pacifier coffee. Agile work has canceled coffee, replaced by a list of previously impossible meetings: there were not even enough rooms available! Non-existent walls, virtual rooms always available, doors always open. A common language also with foreign countries. The risk is to live always and only immersed in the working context, with all its tensions. If the home is the place of work, we risk filling it with these tensions, which the family then breathes. What to do? Agile must become the heart, a space to occupy and nourish above all with peace, nourished by positive relationships, to be rebuilt and restored in every encounter. An agile gaze can always be oriented towards the Other, Hope.
