"We support tourism and Italian culture today, we make doma¬ni sustainable" is the motto of ACT4ITALY, a new non-profit platform that responds to the economic emergency caused by covid-19 with particular attention to tourism activities and cultural heritage of our country. "For this sector, an induction loss of between 9 and 17 billion euros is expected in 2020 alone *: ACT4ITALY wants to be an aid against the crisis" explains Simone, 26, one of the creators of the project.

The platform allows all tourist or cultural activities to sell their products or services as “ACT Coupons”: vouchers that the customer buys today and consumes in the next 18 months. Food and wine tours, museum visits, weekends in seaside resorts: wishes that can become reality at the end of the emergency. In the meantime, immediate liquidity enters the coffers of the assets offering the coupons, mitigating the risks of bankruptcies and layoffs. Particular attention is given to sustainability: on the platform, activities that integrate the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) contained in the UN 2030 Agenda are rewarded with greater visibility. "These are fundamental values from which to restart our society, which will give it resilience".

There are currently 26 young people involved in the project: engineers, designers, economists, experts in new technologies and tourism. "We believe in the cultural and tourist heritage of our country and we want and are trying to give back our professionalism with this project, free of charge".
