After the traffic of Christmas films, the theaters open (and we really hope not to close anymore) with a series of proposals that happily present personal styles and themes and that reflect a variety that often the works produced by streaming platforms they have not, flattened as they are on works that must, by their nature, please a large and transnational audience of subscribers.

SPENCER BY PABLO LARRAIN
Christmas Eve in a castle on the outskirts of London where Lady Diana, in a troubled weekend, contemplates leaving the royal family. Here is an example of a far from passionate The Crown film about nearly a century of Windsor history: Larrain is an expert in blocking the lives of celebrities (widow Kennedy in a previous film) in pivotal moments in their lives to analyze their reactions in detail, like an entomologist in front of an insect.

Still Elio Germano protagonist (as also in the previous Favolacce).

THE KING'S MAN - THE ORIGINS OF MATTHEW VAUGHN
Third film in the series of the vicissitudes of secret agent Gary Unwin set in one of the darkest periods in European history struggling with the First World War. Amazing and spectacular adventures also filmed in Turin. A challenge for the Savoyard spectator in trying to be able to recognize the real locations.
