Among the proposals for the cold season, many news and some confirmations. Let's start with the inevitable duvets: the most classic are black quilted with a matelassé effect, the more modern ones are oversized, metallic, with vibrant colors. Mid-calf coats parade on the catwalk, a mix of tradition, thanks to clean lines, tailored cuts and camel tones and modernity, thanks to the choice of unusual shades such as blue and yellow and the application of contrasting fabrics and fringes.

Pants with wide and clean lines are back in fashion: models that come straight down to the ankle without excess, low-rise trousers, masculine cuts and tone-on-tone combinations. Always large and comfortable, in warm cotton, cool wool or smooth velvet, they are the ideal garment for working many hours on the computer in times of smart working. The designers suggest a leap into the past thanks to the 40s-style suit with straight jacket and midi skirt and the 80s with very pronounced shoulders and ankle-length trousers. The traditional two-piece suit now has a more current breath thanks to colors and patterns: red, electric blue, ocher, petrol, floral prints, stripes and geometric patterns.

The cold can also be fought with warm wool sweaters and the proposals for this 2021 are many. A small cardigan with a matching scarf for a dandy touch; long lozenge models for men combined with longuette in textured fabric; soft high-necked pullovers and wide leather skirts for a contemporary allure. Among the accessories: personalized maxi shoppers, precious handbags, earrings and brooches with an antique flavor, square-toed shoes, Victorian white collars and bows of every color and fabric.
