One morning at the Arsenale dell'Armonia we hosted a crowd of small children and high school kids with their teachers, more than one hundred schools involved from Turin to Sicily at the same time to listen to testimonies and talk about how a problem can become an opportunity. A new appointment for the Youth of Peace? No, simply a computer meeting. All together they entered our pastry shop to discover how disability does not prevent us from doing very beautiful things. Until recently such a thing would have been the result of a whole year of preparation.

Now with a click you enter people's homes and people can virtually visit the Arsenals. It is true that it is not the same to come and see for yourself. We would have liked to have all our desserts taste, which are not only beautiful but above all they are good. In some cases, however, a meeting made in connection can be the beginning of a friendship that otherwise would never have been able to be bor
A distant hotel school would already like to know us a little better and we try to keep the doors open even in this way to show that a different world is possible. One of the guys who works in the pastry shop has drawn us his ideal city, the city of inclusion where he is planning to take his holidays now that he is vaccinated.

For the moment he has started to come again and sings at the top of his voice with happiness. For him and for many like him, the Arsenal of Harmony is already the city of inclusion where we all have a lot to learn and also a lot to teach and no one should feel alien or marginal, no one is excluded. In the design he gave us, this city is full of very tall houses with lots of windows because there are so many people here, there is room for everyone.
