When the door of the pastry shop opens, a world of perfumes opens up that also passes through the mask and envelops anyone who enters. We are in the Sapori dell’Eremo artisan workshop.
Today this world has expanded to the other kitchen to fry the typical carnival dessert. We are a special laboratory, with the ambition to create good products as the best gourmets would like, but to do it without aiming only for efficiency.

We want to train people who have different disabilities, especially mental, sometimes even physical, into a profession. For each one the most suitable job is sought, so that everyone can express the best he has and feel valued, with the desire that it is not work that prevails but care for each person.
We were very impressed by what Tamara, an educator who has been bringing her children to us for many years, said: "Here I saw that the services you offer are not just activities to occupy time, but that we can really make a contribution. at the house and at the same time we do not feel abandoned, but we are given all the tools to carry out the service in the best possible way and you are really interested in the boys ». We always try to work together because, beyond what we do, the beauty is doing it together.
