Services

  • 1) Management, Secretariat, Course Director: oversees internal, teaching, and administrative organization and programming, external relations, project management, tutoring visits, archives, relationships with the teaching staff, and course participants. The Secretariat's office hours are posted on the noticeboard at the beginning of the academic year.
  • 2) Certificates of enrollment and attendance: available from the Secretariat.
  • 3) Ticketed lunch service: available from 12:30 pm in the Sermig premises. Tickets can be purchased at the School reception every day by 10:30 am.
  • 4) Photocopies: Reproductions for personal use (anything other than materials provided by teachers) may be requested from the secretariat staff, subject to payment and subject to the School's priorities (any maintenance, scheduled activities, staff availability) and in compliance with current copyright regulations.
  • 5) Drinks vending machine: hot and cold (coin-operated) on the first floor.
  • 6) Infirmary: at the Sermig premises. 
  • 7) Insurance coverage: INAIL (Italian National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work), INA-ASSITALIA (Civil Liability and Accidents), for the entire duration of the course and for all activities promoted by the School, such as lessons, internships and construction sites, educational visits.
  • 8) Hospitality at the Arsenale della Pace, at SERMIG, there is the possibility of using a hotel/hostel adjacent to the school, for a fee according to the price list.
