The body rests while the mind continues to work.
The museum guard in Bogota suddenly fell asleep during a moment of calm.
Sunk like a rock on a sofa in front of a giant photograph of an Alpine landscape and a switched off fan that, if it didn't have a fan, might resemble a bird cage.
When he starts to dream, he will be able to see himself again as a young man when, to escape his authoritarian mother who urged him to skip school to follow his father to work, he was forced to hide behind walls to finally be able to read the books he borrowed from the national library.

In the end, he chose to become a museum guard. No big deal, the alternative would have been, in the worst case, to become a "follower" of Pablo Escobar, or to continue his studies to become a sociologist and help improve his community.
The moral is that things don’t always go as you would like, rather what is really important is to never lose your dignity.
With this example I want to demonstrate how two photographs – taken in two different times and places – can nevertheless maintain their own narrative continuity depending on the choice of layout and author.
The photography I love must be able to synthesize the idea of a novel.
